Rolloff Services
Our superior roll off service utilizes large containers to haul all types of non-hazardous solid waste, construction, demolition and recycling materials. The container itself is hoisted onto and then off the frame of the truck, thus the name "roll off".There are several types of containers varying in size from 10 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards. Open top containers, which are containers without a top or lid, are especially efficient for collecting construction, demolition, remodeling and other types of bulky waste. The other type of container is called a "receiver box" which is completely enclosed and accompanied by a compactor unit requiring special circumstances and handling. This type of container is most frequently used for compacting solid waste and cardboard, also known as OCC.
The process works as follows starting with the rental of the bin, then delivery of the bin to the site and specific location where the container is to be placed, followed by the removal of the container when the bin is full (customer notifies the company when the container is full unless there is a predetermined time or schedule for the removal) and then the disposing of the waste at a sanitary landfill. In addition, we offer LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) services for the most environmentally sensitive projects and we are very proud of the fact that we have the only LEED certified sales staff on the Island of Oahu at this time.
